Return Policy & Freshness Guarantee

At Jerome Florists, each arrangement is handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers and made to order. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, we do not accept traditional returns.

Reporting an Issue

If there is any issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please reach out to us using one of the following methods:

To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The recipient’s name
  • A clear photo of the arrangement

Resolution Options

If your order does not meet our quality standards, we will review your request and may offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement arrangement
  • A partial or full refund

All resolutions are determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our floral arrangements are perishable and custom-made:

  • Products cannot be returned once delivered
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided at checkout are correct. We are not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Delivery Conditions

We are not responsible for product condition issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses
  • Recipient unavailability
  • Delays caused by circumstances outside our control (including weather or building access issues)

Jerome Florists offers local delivery for fresh flowers, bouquets, orchids, plants, sympathy arrangements, birthday flowers, anniversary flowers, thank-you gifts, and custom floral designs across select NYC delivery areas.

Same-day local delivery: Available in select NYC areas on orders placed before 3 PM. Delivery availability may vary by arrangement and destination.

Custom arrangements, weddings, and events

For custom creations, please include the occasion, preferred colors, budget, delivery or pickup details, and the date you need the arrangement.

For weddings, private dinners, corporate events, memorials, and larger floral requests, please include your event date, venue or delivery location, color palette, guest count, and budget range.
